Sourcing Agent Services
We specialize in helping UK customers find the right products in China, produce custom parts and full products based on your CAD drawings and preferred materials, and manage the shipping to the UK with door-to-door services. We help to search Chinese e-commerce platforms like Taobao and 1688.
To get started:
- Create a buyer’s account on your chosen Chinese platform (see our tutorial HERE).
- Generate a PDF shopping list from the platform.
- Send us the list. (If you’re unsure how, follow the step-by-step guide HERE.)
We charge a 10% handling fee based on the total value of the items. This fee excludes local Chinese shipping costs.
After receiving your order list, we’ll calculate the full cost and send you an invoice with payment request to our UK business account under the name “IT-TECH.” Once payment is confirmed, we’ll immediately place the order on your behalf.
When your goods arrive at our facility in China( which usually take 2-5 days), we inspect each item and send you detailed photos for confirmation. After your approval, we carefully pack the items and weigh them to determine the shipping cost.
Air UPS/Fedex shipping usually costs around £12–14 per volumetric kilogram (volume-based weight is used unless the item is unusually heavy). Pallet or container shipments are treated individually as sea shipping prices changes ( please contact us for quotation)
Once you’ve paid for shipping, we dispatch your parcel to your UK address without delay. We use insured couriers such as UPS or FedEx, and most deliveries arrive within 2 weeks.

Important Notices
🚫 Warranty & Returns:
Only customers in mainland China can access warranty from Taobao/1688 selling platform, return, or repair services. International purchases are not covered if bought from Taobao.
🚫 Brand Restrictions:
Do not order branded or counterfeit items. These may be seized by customs, and in some cases, the entire shipment can be confiscated. You are fully responsible for ensuring your products comply.
🚫 Prohibited Items:
We cannot ship the following:
- Large-capacity batteries
- Permanent unshielded magnets
- Acids or corrosive chemicals
- Liquids
- Explosives or flammable materials
- Weapons or dangerous goods
Double-check your order list before submission to avoid delays or customs issues.
Packing Standards
We pack every item securely using bubble wrap and foam padding. In rare cases of damage during transit, we’ll help file a compensation claim with the courier—but you must report any damage on the same day of delivery.
Organizing Shipments from China
We handle all types of shipments from China, including:

Our Dongguan warehouse is fully equipped to manage logistics smoothly, no matter the shipment size or complexity.
We charge a 10% service fee (negotiable for larger consignments) and ensure all items are inspected for defects, specification issues, and quality concerns—so you receive exactly what you ordered.
